A loft for a young family: brick, metal and warm textiles. An empty white box turned into a space with real character.
Download PDF ↗A young family, 130 m², a home handed over as a white box: bare walls, no layout, no finish. They wanted a space “for themselves”: light, comfortable and with character, not like everyone else's.
We built the layout around their way of living and zoned the empty volume into clear scenarios, where they cook, gather and rest. The style fit their age and taste: a loft of textured brick, metal and wood, softened with warm textiles so it reads cosy rather than harsh.
1.5–2 months of design, help selecting materials and supervision on site, so the character of the idea survived all the way to the finish.
