Light, dopamine contemporary: an empty new-build white box turned into a warm, considered apartment you want to live in.
Download PDF ↗A family aged 35–40, 80 m² in a new building: a bare white box with no layout or finish. The brief sounded simple but wasn't: a pleasant, cosy, light apartment you want to live in, with budget a secondary concern within reason.
We started with zoning: mapped the family's daily scenarios and shaped the empty box into a considered space, kitchen, places to gather, places to retreat. The style is modern “dopamine” contemporary: a light base, soft textures and pinpoint accents that lift the mood every day.
1.5–2 months of design, material selection and partial site supervision, so the result matched the renders.
